DocDash provides a suite of online document and image utility tools (including PDF merging, splitting, compression, and format conversion).

Most tools operate on-device within your browser, while select resource-intensive functions are processed via secure server endpoints subject to usage or rate limits depending on your subscription tier.

You may be required to create an account (managed securely via Clerk) to access certain features or higher usage tiers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Paid subscriptions and tier upgrades are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of sale, recurring billing structures, and applicable tax policies.

You agree not to misuse DocDash or help any third party to:

• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful scripts via our file processors.
• Bypass rate limits, security walls, or attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure.
• Use the service to process or distribute illegal, copyrighted, or infringing material without proper authorization.
• Automate requests in a manner that disrupts service availability for other users.

You retain full ownership of all files and content you upload or process through DocDash. For client-side tools, files never leave your device. For server-side processing, files are handled securely and deleted immediately post-processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

DocDash is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. DocDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or loss of data.
